Do you do vehicle wraps and graphics?
Yes! We specialise in vehicle signage — full wraps, partial wraps, and simple logos or graphics. We’ll make your vehicle stand out on the road.
How do I get a quote?
Just get in touch with what you’re after — the type of sign, size, quantity, and any artwork or ideas you have. We’ll send you a quote as soon as we can.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. If you don’t have artwork ready, we can help bring your ideas to life with custom design.
Do you install signs as well?
Yes — we offer a full service from design and print to professional installation.
How long will my sign take?
Most signs are ready within 5–7 working days, depending on the job. We’ll confirm the timeline when we quote.
How long will my signage and vehicle wraps last?
With proper care, most signage lasts 5 to 7+ years, depending on conditions and materials used.
Vehicle wraps typically last around 5 to 7 years with good care — like regular washing and avoiding harsh chemicals.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Waihi Beach and cover Waihi, Katikati, Whangamatā, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, and surrounding areas.
Can you ship signs to me?
Yes — we offer North Island-wide shipping. Let us know your address and we’ll include freight in your quote. We also offer free pick up from our premises at Waihi Beach.
What file types do you need for print?
We prefer high-resolution vector files (PDF, AI, EPS). But if you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll take a look.
Do you print stickers, labels or posters too?
Yes, we do! We print custom stickers, product labels, and posters — no minimum order required.
Vehicle Wraps & Graphics — Warranty & Care
At coastsigns.co.nz, we use premium wrap films from trusted brands like 3M, Avery Dennison, Oracal, Arlon, and Hexis. Our wraps are designed for durability and a professional finish that lasts. Proper care and environmental factors affect how long they stay looking great.
Warranty Coverage

Vertical surfaces (doors, sides):
7-year warranty on material and adhesion. -
Horizontal surfaces (bonnets, roofs):
2-year warranty due to greater exposure.
Expected Lifespan

Printed wraps can last up to 10 years on vertical areas, and around 5 years on horizontal surfaces with good care.

Solid colour films (non-printed) last longer on vertical surfaces but should be removed or replaced within 2 years on horizontal panels to avoid damage.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Colour fading or damage from UV exposure, weather, or dirt build-up.

Damage caused by pressure washing, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning.

Peeling or lifting caused by heat, contamination, or poor surface preparation.

Application over rusted, damaged, or poorly painted surfaces.
Care Tips

Wash regularly with mild soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Do not use high-pressure water or automatic car washes with brushes.

Park in the shade when possible, especially for horizontal panels.

Replace coloured films on bonnets and roofs within 2 years to avoid staining or failure.
Building Signage — Warranty & Care
We produce high-quality signage built to withstand New Zealand’s climate using durable materials and UV-resistant inks.
Warranty Periods

Permanent exterior signage: 5-year warranty minimum.

Temporary/plinth signs: 3-year warranty.

ACM panels: 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Perforated window films: 3-year warranty (external application with overlaminate).

Chrome/mirror films: 6-month warranty for exterior use.

Indoor signage: Can last indefinitely under normal conditions.
Print & Ink Quality
We use HP UV-resistant inks engineered for long-lasting colour with minimal fading.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Damage from vandalism, extreme weather, or improper maintenance.

Peeling or warping caused by poor installation or unsuitable surfaces.

Damage from applying new graphics over existing signage (unless pre-approved).

Electrical faults in illuminated signs (covered by component manufacturers).

Note: Most signage is permanent and may not be removable without damage. For removable signage options, please discuss this when ordering.
